EARLY ARRIVAL
Parking and street access by car may be limited as there are several events happening in the stadium district. Please plan accordingly.

Upon arrival, check with our friendly staff for the shortest line. Please have your ticket ready to scan upon entry. Ensure electronic tickets are downloaded to your mobile device and available to scan prior to entry.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
To ensure a safe environment for the public and align with industry standards, BC Place has implemented a restricted bag policy as part of our integrated security plan. Visit bcplace.com/bag-policy to learn more.

PROHIBITED ITEMS & OTHER GUEST POLICIES
Prohibited items include glass bottles, cameras with detachable lenses, and homemade signs/posters. For the list of prohibited items, as well as other guest policies, please click here.

IN & OUT ACCESS FOR ROBSON ROUNDUP
For in-and-out privileges, guests are required to secure wristbands prior to exiting through designated doors at Gates A and H. As per standard protocol, guests will be required to go through security search to re-enter the stadium.

In-and-out wristbands will be given out until 8 pm, and are valid for re-entry only until 9 pm.

DRESS ACCORDINGLY
BC Place is an open-air stadium whether the roof is open or closed. Guests are encouraged to dress accordingly, based on the temperature outdoors.

Gate A – 2:30 pm
Gate B – 9:00 am (Will Call)
Gate C – 2:30 pm
Gate G – 2:30 pm

CASHLESS VENUE
BC Place is a cashless venue.

ARTIST & OFFICIAL FESTIVAL MERCHANDISE
Artist and festival merchandise will be available for purchase on Floor Level and Level 2 (206, 222, and 249).

ACCESSIBILITY
BC Place is a sensory inclusive venue. Sensory kits available until supplies last at Guest Services on Level 1 (103), Level 2 (234), Level 3 Concierge (307), and Level 4 (446). Guests may also request access to the BC Place Sensory Room near the Section 250 ramp. Please be aware that pyrotechnics, lasers, strobe lights, fog, and fire effects may be used during the show.

Lactation pods are located at Sections 225 and 252, providing breastfeeding guests with an option for a clean, private, & secure space to pump or nurse. The pods have ample turnaround space for a wheelchair, or stroller, or family in tow. To access, guests simply need to download the Mamava app, select their desired pod, and the app will provide a code to punch in to unlock.

SAFE ENVIRONMENT
BC Place works closely with the Vancouver Police Department to create a safe environment. Guests who are deemed inadmissible by the Vancouver Police will be removed from the venue without refund.
