Turner JM+2/U.
These are stonkinly good on Cybernet rigs. They're not so nice to look at (and a bit pointy to hold) but they sound awesome.
No doubt all the Astatics will be mentioned - and they too are very very good.
EXTREMELY WEIRD... AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

get the audio mod done..
get a cheapo echo power mic, the opek, and ones with the extra long delay sound good,
get a different impedence mic and a melos ..

I've found that the astatic teardrop is the best mic on my petrusse pacific 160 but the astatic doesn't suit the nato.I use a cobra dynamic plus on the nato as it sounds better on it than the astatic. I don't know why. Turner expanders suit ham internationals. I've never owned one but I heard good things about the ham international relax mic.

Big Punchers are awful things.
As Bob said i would say the Turner JM+2 or the teardrops are good choices. The TW 232 base mics are good as well but most of them have knackered switches that rustle a lot these days.
The cobra dynamike is one that really suits the Nato 2000s as well

Didn't Pama do a copy of the Turner JM+2/U which was more rounded? Can't remember the model.

What I've did was to ask Cubwolf and Nick 'bs' to swap all my non uniden radios over to uniden wiring. That way I can try all my mics on all my radios (except the intek and delta force) Then that way you can have your astatic and use it. On all the other radios? just a thought.

I've got a Ham Master 4200 base power microphone, (which is essentially a re-badged Leson TW232), and it works a treat with my Ham Major M360 rig. I would thouroughly recommend one. Best to check the volume of the mic before going on the air though, as it is very easy to turn it too high and distort the audio. Here's a pic: http://www.flickr.com/photos/23826245@N00/3958428867/
